Note: Orders placed after 10:30am on Friday 19th December 2025 CANNOT be guaranteed pre Chirstmas delivery.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

We always endeavour to dispatch as quickly as possible Monday – Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays). Boxes are made upto order and usually dispatched within 1 – 2 working days.

FREE STANDARD UK DELIVERY

Royal Mail Tracked is used for orders up to 5kg and is typically 2 – 3 days working days

For larger orders, a courier may be used.

All boxes are made up to order and individually shipped in suitable outers. (We do use / recycle outer shipping boxes.)

We CANNOT be held responsible for late deliveries once despatched we are reliant on our appointed courier.

We will recycle packaging for larger shipments

RETURNS

All our boxes are made up to order so we do not offer full refunds on unwanted orders, but will of course exchange any damaged goods.
